im a little confused on how the free shipping works so if you dont buy all at once u dont get it?

Free shipping goes out the door on black friday unless you load your cart up with stuff and the product you purchase pushes the total over $200.

just to clarify if i buy 8 things all at different times throughout the day totaling 550 and none are over 199 i have to pay shipping 8 times?

Yes. If you don't, you lose the item. Each product will be shipped separately.

It's just one of the things about blowout black friday deals, I just add the shipping cost to the total and see if I want the item or not.

ehh dont know if its really worth getting up at 6 for.
I dont think ill save that much compared to ebay.

Get up whenever. Keep your sanity. There are specials all day. Check the sale waves to see if there is anything you want. They have plenty so those should be in stock all day. Keep tabs open to those items on your computer. Watch Facebook and Twitter for the specials.
-Awesome specials, limit 2 or 4, maybe you just check out right away if the $10 shipping is worth it. There are often some of those.
-Otherwise add items to get your total over $199 for free shipping.

Maybe you make a couple of $200 purchases with free shipping and one for $120 where you pay shipping. This way it is worth it. At least if you see something you like.

They ship them separately. With all the sales it would be impossible for them to combine everything.

That's not true. Many items have been restocked and relisted at various times.
