Question about the redemption

Panini said that the expired redemption may be changed to a card that has the same value and decided by them. However, I read some threads said that we can select the team. How does it work?

I have a redemption that has expired on 7 Feb 2014 and redeemed on 20 Aug 2015. I think this card will never be avaliable as another card with same expired date and same redemption date has been sent to me two months ago. What can I do? Should I wait 1.5 more months or should I send them a request to change the card and select a team I want?

If the redemption is for a card you want, then you should just wait and see if it gets fulfilled. The time you have been waiting so far is really not bad.

If you don't really want the card, then you could request a replacement for a certain team but there is no guarantee that you will get what you want.
