Shipping rules, guidelines, and questions

International shipping must use the link below to pay an extra $8.

We really try our best to have everything out within 5 business days. Sometimes we are faster and sometimes we get backed up due to volume/holidays/supply shipment delays.

You can find your tracking attached to your paypal payment (as long as you entered your username when you paid). Also, paypal will email you tracking to your paypal email address once we print your label.

We try to mail the same day that we print your label, but it may be the next business day.

We mail from Tampa, Florida.

You are responsible for including the correct address with your payment. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address - they go to the address we get from Paypal. We do not store your address - you enter it anew each time you pay for a break.

If you are in multiple breaks, we will try to combine your packages if possible. This might get your package upgraded from first class to priority.

It is possible to get shipments out of order. We have a team of sorters and a more recent break can be packaged and shipped before an earlier break. It isn't intentional, but it does happen. (EDIT: this is incredibly rare now)

Mistakes: we make them.

We are happy to fix any issue. Please just email my staff and we will correct it and pay for shipping/replacement. Errors are actually really rare now with our current team, but they still happen.
