Jan 3rd 2015, 18:04, by Tracy Hackler

The road to Super Bowl XLIX starts today as the NFL officially opens the playoffs with 2014 NFL Wild Card Weekend. Later today, the Arizona Cardinals battle the Carolina Panthers and the Baltimore Ravens take on the AFC North rival Pittsburgh Steelers. Tomorrow, the Cincinnati Bengals play the Indianapolis Colts and the Detroit Lions travel to Big D to take on the Dallas Cowboys. Here at Panini America, we’re doing our best to honor this weekend’s playoff action both on Twitter with the triumphant return of #PaniniWildCard and right here on The Knight’s Lance with another stunning sneak peek at new autographs coming to 2014 Immaculate Football.

Very nice! Looks like the numbering is on back of card then? I like the Jerry Rice pro bowl, I wonder what it's numbered to.

If its like the NBA AS ones, they are numbered to the number of appearances (so Favre would be /11, etc)

That Jay Cutler patch auto is filthy, literally. I wonder how many times he was on his backside that game?

Panini High end products always look good the problem is guys like myself that do not have much disposable income can not afford it. They are terrible at making low-mid end products which is all I buy and seems to be were topps excelled and will be missed.

Nice looking auto cards. I would not touch the patch/jersey cards with a ten foot pole but the rest is good. completely stole the exquisite design but that is not surprising from Panini at all.

I love it that they are stealing UD cues. If you are going to do high end, at least copy the best of the best.

Yup, may as well do it right. I'd rather them copycat the very best than watch them screw it up on their own.

I'm starting to get worried that Brady didn't sign for this. That Gronk is awesome looking though.

And that's probably just his warmup jersey.
