WVU QB Clint Trickett retires after five concussions in 14 months | FOX Sports

Saddening to hear. Clint says he had 5 concussions in the past 14 months, 2 of them he hid.

I remember the last one that took him out since, and it was the TCU game, It happened right infront of me and it was one of the most bone chilling things i have seen.

Clint was a great QB for us the only problem was his injuries and he tried to hide them and preserver but unfortunately just didn't work out!

Said to see this as well. I thought he was a pretty good QB. I saw some people saying he would have never been and NFL player, but I sort of disagreed.

I have an almost identical hair cut right now

Very sad to see, Casey Cochran of UConn had to end his career over earlier this year for concussions as well, I have had them before, feel like the more recovery time the better, players are too often cleared to play after concussions way too early
