Default 2015 topps

Beckett News » First Look: 2015 Topps UFC Knockout

wake up topps ..... it's time for topps chrome . every new release looks so bland . why not release topps chrome or even a low end set , something with a nice base set design .

Unreal, all I can see are stickers, stickers, sticker, and more stickers. It's as if they aren't even trying. No wonder the UFC market has fallen. Topps just doesn't seem to care for it anymore. I can't believe they still put out Bloodlines. Never been a fan of that set, high prices for low quality design cards.

The Museum Collection cards look great, Everything is else is the same as all the other KO sets. Cant wait to see the Museum framed autos. Hopefully Joe Lauzon has one of those cards. I don't collect baseball, but want to buy those framed autos. My favorite set since 2011.

yeah I would much rather have finest then Bloodlines. I would like Chrome the most, then Finest, and then Knockout. And they should add some of their other brands into each years KO, like they are doing with Museum Collection this year. But switch it up each year.

They won't ever do just two releases a year. Its a business and they have to pay the UFC a license fee. But in saying that, Topps also does not care about their products. None of the gear is from any fights they are just plain topps and ufc shirts. Give us a product with fight worn shirts, shorts and gloves. Not the nonfight worn crap we get now.

But are shops still buying this?? Who is still buying this? My LCS hasn't bought UFC products for the last 2 years and the sport doesn't lend itself well to group breaks, so that eliminates a massive amount of cases being sold. I doubt the license fee is that high, but I could be wrong. Let Panini have the license, I would like Immaculate UFC!

I was uninterested for the most part after reading the first line. "There’s no CM Punk sighting just yet" Cards look great but the main reason Id start busting UFC again would be because of CM Punk guess I'll have to wait til a later release for him..

I would be very surprised if the license cost more then the wwe license . I wonder how they will use the fight worn idea now that the fiighters will be wearing official uniforms.

Well lets hope they start using the uniforms. Everything up until this point is just fighter worn. No actual fight worn stuff (besides the tale of the tape cards)

I've thrown in the towel on MMA cards, except for some singles here and there. The quality is terrible and as others have pointed out there's no real value anymore.

It's a shame because of all the sports I would think MMA would be the easiest to work with to get on card autos and authentic fight worn relics.

been saying this for 2yrs....its all garbage now...every release is the exact same just at diff price points....every relic is the EXACT SAME....even the absoulute best fighters in world autos are not worth half a box anymore....if you want a couple singles here and there you can just buy those for so much cheaper than buying a box and getting a Shawn Jordan auto and a Chad Mendes relic that combined you can maybe sell for $3...with free shipping though....about 90% of any hit in any box will be less than $10-15....and in a release like KO where you are paying basically about $17/hit or more its just a massive waste...cuz the 4 relics you get wont combine for more than $5 unless you get lucky with the names....and the 4 autos might get $20 on average...even if you were lucky enough to hit a nice Jon Jones /25 that will only get you like $35-40 nowadays probably...

it just all looks the same...overproduced cuz there is no minor leagues like the major sports...there is no guaranteed "rookie class" every year to put on the sell sheet....they are "hey who is left that we havent given an auto to yet"...so ur "1st auto" list ends up being the TUF-Latin America champ and 5th place finisher on TUF-womens and some other random ppl that fought once or twice and won on fight pass....

Topps is destroying the mma card hobby for all the obvious reasons mentioned above and more.

Please don't preorder anything, especially knowing how inflated preorder prices are and fact Topps will completely mislead buyers on checklists, like with what happened in Bloodlines 2014.
