P.S. If Beane pulls off another one of his smart aleck smartass moves in the offseason, like trading Donaldson for three prospects, one of whom may become the next Brad Peacock... dunno what I should do. Hope that Sonny eventually gets traded to the Giants to get his ring a la Huddy and Zito?

He has a solid OBP for his lack of batting average and plays plus defense at 1b. Super low risk and high reward for the A's

At least Billy Beane continues to put out a contending teams just about every year. I would rather have a team that contends every year but never wins it all versus a team that almost never contends but wins a World Series trophy every couple decades.

Well, it's like getting close to a cake beneath a glass jar that you're never allowed to eat.

I've always had a lot of venom towards Beane for his past trades, though. It's quite gory seeing who we've traded away and who we've gotten in return, in the big picture.

Here you go again magically making things up again. Who said I was a psychic. If Ike goes back to the same way he was in the 2nd half a few years ago it's a high reward on a very low risk investment. You saying that's impossible is wrong. I'm saying it's possible. Its also possible you stop imagining things that people say instead of just replying to what's actually written. But id say that's just as unlikely.
