2013/14 Immaculate Case Break - Crazy Duncan A.S. Insignia

Broke a case last night, some nice hits, including an AI Greatest Auto, Giannis RPA w/ sick patch, and others, but the case hit was definitely this Tim Duncan Insignia 1/6...definitely a 2011 LA All-Star Game - West related emblem, just not sure where it is from (says game-used mem on the back)...any ideas?

Unlike any other Duncan Insignia or patch card I have been able to find from Immaculate, love the card, just trying to get some background info.

That's most likely from his shorts of that all star game where the inside tag is with the sz

Sick patch. After doing some searching I think its from the warmup pants.
Here is a photo of the east warmups. The west warmups from that year were black.
