Default 1 Box of 2013-14 Select....Patch?

So, I break a fair share of boxes, but I'm normally terrible about actually scanning everything. I've decided to try to make a real effort to share some breaks, good or bad.

Well, with all that, away we go!

Wade and Vinsanity #/99:

Lebron Insert and Swaggy #/49:

Steven Adams and Fat Lever Autos:

Pierce PATCH #/35 and Durant Jersey:

Ok, so I'm normally not that guy, but I find it really strange that the Pierce is a "Prime" piece (according to the back of the card), and it is clearly just part of the new dri-fit normal jersey pieces. Must be the jersey part inbetween the letters or something ridiculous?

Any input would be appreciated and look out for more break threads in all sports and some non-sports!

Yeah, this is my issue with select. I've just assumed its prime because of the small color change on the breathe-friendly perforations... Although thats a RIDICULOUS stretch

i think its just a misprint by panini. otherwise they are now calling refractor parallels on jersey cards "prime". so for now ill say its a misprint. or they are re-defining their 'prime' definition. its a made-up term for trading cards anyway so i guess they could conceivably do what they want, but we know what actual patches are, we know what jersey cards are, and we know when its jersey trim that they consider 'prime'.

This would be awful if it's the case. The PRIME designation still helps a lot in the sense of faking patches. It'll really suck to see if any of these Select "patches" get replaced with some crazy logo mojo supernastysick "patches"... Come on, Panini!
