I am little new to coin and paper money likening

I have been likening for some time but have never got in to collection coin I have just got in to iit and would like to know ever thank I can about coin mostly not us coin and paper money but I do have some us coin but I would like to know about not us coin and paper money ,like website,story about the coin and paper money thanks for all the help I get

I have been ineterested (?) for some time now but never got into collecting coins. I have just now gotten into it and would like to know everything I can about coins, mostly non-US coins and paper currency. I do have some US coins but I would still like to know about non-US coins and paper currency.

For example: websites, history, etc about coins and paper currency.

That's rather poor advice, there's tons of variations in paper money that blow anything made out of silver out of the water from a collectibility standpoint.

At the end of the day, paper money is just paper. It has no intrinsic value.

If you're buying for intrinsic value, then why by coins at all? Just buy raw silver rounds.

If you're only after the "intrinsic value" you should be in commodities, not numismatics.

Getting "some coins with silver content" is the worst of both worlds. You are overpaying for the silver weight and basing your coin purchase on the metal, not the numismatic appeal.

Generally speaking a coin from a mint is a bit more reliable than a raw silver round, also it being a coin makes it immune (probably) from government confiscation, which is part of the value.

Silver or gold bullion is worth whatever its trading for spot + and -. Key date or rare coins have a greater numismatic value. Currency especially the older large size SS notes. To me are better investments than any gold or silver bullion. The chief notes,Bison,All denominations of the 1896 Educational notes Especially the five. Collecting currency can be more costly than collecting coins. If your thinking its worthless in the end of the world theory. Then any thing you have except guns,food,water is worthless also.
