09 Bowman Draft 4 Case Player Draft Part 2

We have a 4 case player draft break of 09 Bowman Draft baseball. There will be 194 total slots. 187 are players and 4 for the Aflacs (1 slot per case). Once we are filled up and paid for, I will randomize the member list and everyone will draft their players. The break will begin once all players have been drafted. Tentative date is Wed or Thursday of next week (4/14 or 4/15). You will receive every card from the cases of the player you drafted.

The break will be hosted live on ustream. Scans of everything will be posted upon the conclusion of the break. Anything big will be posted as pulled (i.e. Super, red auto, etc.)

1-2 players will be $21
3-6 players will be $20.50
7-9 players will be $20
10+ players will be $19.50

Base cards (prospects, rcs, and wbcs) will each be a slot in this break. So if you select one of those slots, you will get all of the base for that particular group. All regular player slots will get the chromes, golds, and refractors from that player.

To move things along, I will be instituting a 2 hour pick limit between the hours of 12 (noon) EST and 10 PM EST. If you do not have a list in to me and/or have not made your selection in that 2 hour window, the next best available will be given to you based on the pre-ranked player list.

I intend to do the break on Wed. 4/28 starting at about 6 PM EST. If we have not finished drafting by Monday night, we will have a live draft on Tues to finish it off at 8 PM EST.

Quick question regarding the base: I didn't quite understand this phrase:"All regular player slots will get the chromes and golds from that player." Did you mean golds in terms of base golds but not the other base parallels? I know base parallels are no big deal but if the base slots include base parallels then those are some monster slots.

If you draft a player, you will get the gold boarded cards, chromes, and any parallel.

The base slots will strictly be getting the base cards from the group they select.

Make more sense?

Correct. Figured that would be have been a given. Probably should have spelled that out though. Fixing it now.

Yup, thanks for the clarification. I'm of the opinion that those slots will be picked up right after the auto slots have dried up. I wouldn't mind picking up any of the 3.

I will be using the BV list. I have to clean it up again as I didn't save it last time Where do you guys think I should drop the 3 base slots? I was thinking right after the autograph slots.

I think you are right on. Just based on shear quantity those slots have value. If my crappy algebra is correct the RC slot would yield 2200 cards, the prospect slot would yield 1500 cards, and the WBC slot would yield 700 cards(less but anchored with Chapman). No way you won't at least make your slot price back.
