I offered the OP what the last one sold for on eBay ($152) and was told I was low balling and basically that I was a dumb arse.

Lol oh well best of luck with your sales.

Go troll somewhere else man. I told the guy that the other card sold for over 250, and he says that the last card that sells is the market price. I price the card by what I and a few experts believe the card is worth. Two sales is not the market, I will post messages if need be, good luck in the future but I will not respond anymore I'm regards to your trolling.

Not trying to troll man, you were just completely rude in my opinion. For someone trying to sell a card, you didn't treat a potential customer very well.

I was aware of both completed listings, the most recent of which $152.

The first one more than likely sold for $256 because a set collector wanted and it was the first one on the market.

The most recent sale is what most people go by when pricing.

There are only two sales so I thought it was a fair offer. You called me a low baller...come on man.

Your logic was the $152 auction was so low because the guy only sells basketball cards and doesn't know what baseball is worth? So what are you saying? He didn't try to shill his auction to get a higher price because he doesn't know baseball? I don't follow your logic there.

You can post messages if you want to Idc.

It's your card and your price, but at least be reasonable and don't call someone a low baller when they offer what the last one sold for.

Haha, nice man (well here is my wife)! If anyone is interested in the card please feel free to PM me. I am willing to work on a common ground for any collector who wants the card.

"I price the card by what I and a few experts believe the card is worth".. I want to know who with you is a expert in Mike schmidt immaculate patch auto cards. I thought this line was amazing and funny

Also OP's card OP's price.. why do people not understand this simple concept. There is no point in going on threads and calling people out for "overvaluing cards". Happens all day everyday and it is foolish. Never have I seen this tactic work in getting anyones card on the cheap.

Haha yeah, could have elaborated a bit, I meant baseball collectors believe on a rare card. I mean I just think it's a cool card, to have a nice baseball card come out of a basketball case! I want some one to enjoy it. I will always be willing to make a fair deal.

That is the hard part about rare cards, is that it truly is a market that cannot be definitely defined.

I would have enjoyed it had we been able to make a deal.

I based my offer on what the last one sold for and thought it was fair.

You said you are willing to make a fair deal but told me you would not go below $256 (what the last one sold for), so is that what you mean by fair deal just curious?

And to EduardoNunez, I clearly stated in my last response that it was the OPs and his price, I just asked him to be reasonable since his price is over what both have sold for on eBay. Maybe I'm missing something he and his experts know lol.

Anyways, I won't post anymore here. Nice card OP I would have liked to make a deal but oh well. Best of luck with your sales.

I am willing to come down from the price just not where the last one sold. I would sell delivered for 220.00 and that is what I am willing to do.
