They just posted this on Farcebook

We're working with another company to make fulfill all outstanding orders. We're working through the details and we're hoping to be able to fully inform you about what is going on with us very soon. I appreciate your business and patience!

Mitch

They are going to make fulfill them! When I type make fulfill into Google, the first page of images give me this. Now I feel much better.

I use to highly recommend them, but then I ran into several problems towards the end of the summer. I would pay for issues, but then they would drop off my order when it was time to ship. I would contact them saying they forgot to send all this stuff that was on my original invoice and all of the sudden they just got in stock that day and would send it with my next shipment.

I was considering using them, glad I didn't. I used DCBS for a couple years but that ended badly as well. Still haven't received my order from last Sept. or a refund. Their customer service has taken a nose dive. I'll never get the books I've paid for but I stuck them with a about another $400+ in preorders. Would have gladly paid if I received my previous paid in full for order.

Anyone know of comparable online site to DCBS?

Just order from Previews through Midtown. I've yet to have any issue with them.

Wow, that news sucks....

I have only used DCBS for a year, but found their customer service to be fine. Sucks that some people have had trouble with them before, but so far I've been ok. I did have a few issues with them not sending me correct bags/boards and issues, but they were quick to fix it.

I don't get it. How did they extend credit with diamond when customers give them money first to order the books?
