Chris, these cards are actually packing out right now into sealed packs. They will all make there way to the market in SEALED packs of this product. The product is packed out in North Carolina so Vegas, So Cal and Buffalo are nowhere near these cards.

That backdoor picture has a tunnel that leads directly to those countries in it. They send all of the nicer hits out that door to be given to their special buyers in Taiwan and Japan. That's why the nice cards don't show up in America.
