Trying to gauge what you're asking...

If it's instruction to make your own custom cuts, here's a start Bat+Ball=One thick custom...booklet style

If you want someone else to make them for you for free...you're on your own.

That "he" is me and incorporating the holograms was a tough task because there wasn't a lot of room within the "guts" of the card to embed them because of the thickness of the other pieces.

If I were to want to make a booklet jersey card, could I just buy jumbo patches of the players I'm looking for and them essentially rip the card open and use the jersey peice in there?

A thick card stock or mat board.

Thanks, it's one of few that I really wish I didn't build for someone else. I have a design and production background.

Yep, if you can chop it up...you can put it in a card.

Awesome! Btw, having never ripped open a jersey card before, are most jersey pieces a little smaller than the actual card, or is it just a little bigger than the viewing window? I'd just get jumbo patches but if in the end it provide the same size jersey price as a very small patch that cost $1, I'd obviously rather get the small $1 jersey.

Older jersey cards tend to have more "hidden" jersey below the window. With current jersey cards (from Topps especially) there is barely enough jersey to accommodate for their own window.

I forgot which set it was, but a Fleer set had 1" square patch swatches underneath a half inch circular window.
