I have looked in a lot of places and all i could find costs me money. If anyone can tell me for free i would love to know.

Trying to gauge what you're asking...
If it's instruction to make your own custom cuts, here's a start Bat+Ball=One thick custom...booklet style If you want someone else to make them for you for free...you're on your own. |

That "he" is me and incorporating the holograms was a tough task because there wasn't a lot of room within the "guts" of the card to embed them because of the thickness of the other pieces.

If I were to want to make a booklet jersey card, could I just buy jumbo patches of the players I'm looking for and them essentially rip the card open and use the jersey peice in there?

Awesome! Btw, having never ripped open a jersey card before, are most jersey pieces a little smaller than the actual card, or is it just a little bigger than the viewing window? I'd just get jumbo patches but if in the end it provide the same size jersey price as a very small patch that cost $1, I'd obviously rather get the small $1 jersey.
