Actually not all the cards I sent in were gem only about 70%.

Still a ton, and you would never get two 10s out of a few dozen cards a few years ago.

Beyond this, yet again a 10 gets 3 10s and one 9.5. Never ever fails, they have a 9.5 with three 10s, 99% of the time, but never four 10s, right...

Because they admitted they had no clue what they were doing? If you don't realize how much easier high grades are now than before, either you're very new or very dense.

Yes, mainly BGS' incentive to hand out better grades to keep you clowns submitting new ones and fools buying them.

No, I don't like BGS, and can't believe people are so dense as to not realize how much more easily they hand out grades now than in years past.

I think they've been cracking down lately. A group submission that happened on here had 100 cards in it. Only one 10. Lots of us got hit for corners and surface. I would say the average grade was closer to 9 than it was 9.5. I'm sure this isn't always the case, but folks in the break were none too happy.
