Bengals. Not Pittsburgh, Baltimore, or Cleveland. I'm not that high on them, but it's a process of elimination in this division.

I favor the Bengals slightly over the Ravens. Don't count the Ravens out though, they may pull it together eventually.

I LOVE the Ravens but I am not a homer. Best the Ravens can hope for this year is 9-7. That's not going to cut it.

But yet they beat them....for the 11th straight time. The Bengals lost once against the Browns last year and almost lost a second time. Point being: It's all about the W, and the Ravens have an innate ability to do that. Specifically Flacco. With all the hate he gets he's eons ahead of Dalton; and AJ Green does not make up for that gap.

I'm glad they used their innate winning ability against the broncos week 1. Worked out well for them.

Actually if you've looked back a few years you'll see the Ravens have more than prove my point. No team can win every game, but the Ravens have been able to do that more so than almost every team since 2008. Playoffs every year, pretty sure only team but not positive. End of last year they struggled down the stretch mightily, yet they blew out the giants in week 16 to clinch the division. O and then there's last years Super Bowl.

You might be missing my point. There is no such thing as "an innate winning ability" a team wins by having talent, and performing better than the other team. They lost some talent, and if they play against even mediocre teams the way they have against the broncos and browns, it's going to be a long year for ravens fans. Obviously they can still turn it around, but it's not looking good.

No there are teams that are able to pull out wins more than others, having an ability to do so. It all hinges on, I believe, leadership, experience, mental toughness, ability to play through adversity, and togetherness/belief in each other. This is what I have gathered from my experience in winning 3 state high school football championships and watching the nfl.

I'm pretty positive every team has leadership, experience, etc. seeing as they are professional athletes. The jaguars aren't going to win games no matter how they play through adversity and believe in each other. And Tom Brady is sitting pretty at 2-0 despite the fact that he has no togetherness or belief in his recievers. Why? Because the jaguars don't have the talent other teams do, and Tom Brady is talented.
