WTF??? 2 Durant Exquisite RCs both #'d 31/99 BGS Graded???? HELP!

So I just got this card graded in December...picked it up a few years ago and decided it was time.

Now check this out. Trying to work out a deal with another member here at Blowout and he has this card.

BOTH OF THESE ARE GRADED BGS 9 w/10 AUTO...BOTH "AUTHENTICATED BY BECKETT, AND BOTH ARE NUMBERED 31/99!! WTF??

Also both these have high "Centering" grades...one is a 10 and one is a 9.5. But look closely at the right side of the card. In one of them the jersey goes to the edge of the card all the way up to Durant's shoulder. On the other there is a ton of metallic showing almost all the way to the bottom of the card. How can these be .5 different with their Centering grade and be this different? Trimmed? Does Beckett check for that?

They both have 2 different bgs serial numbers, try inputting those numbers on the bgs database

They clearly are not the same card. Look at the top left and bottom right corners of both card. Using the guidemarks If they were the same card this card would be almost a full centimeter short left to right. Auto is in different places, even the numbering is shifted.

If indeed they're both the same serial numbering, they're not so exquisite... i've seen so many exquisite blank no serial numbered cards, tons of cards with switched fake patches, and now this! How many of these are out there?

This is definitely not the same card with a switched patch piece because the autograph is different... NOT the same card. It may be the same serial numbering, but that's UD's fault for not putting care into their products, like usual... using same pictures, putting one color patch while the picture shows the player in a different jersey... you name it! At the price per box, they should be more careful. And it's not like this is the first year of exquisite... totally careless.

Yeah, this thread was over after my post.... they are NOT the same serial number, yet here people are bashing UD for not doing anything wrong.

Beckett grading is ALWAYS inconsistent, so why care so much about that either?

does look like 31 but it could very well be 39. need another photo to tell.

according to the 'database' here. he has the one 31/99 and has another that could be the 39/99 but not confirmed due to bad scan.

I actually opened the picture up in photoshop and was able to manipulate the serial number to show more clearly, it's 39/99.

Thanks for all the help/feedback everyone. Confirmed they are indeed different, and even though they "centering" issue still remains, I'm more comfortable that both of the cards are indeed legit.
