Default 4 Graded Bill Ripken cards. 2 Fake?

These top 2 cards are from my PC and look exactly like the several hundred ungraded cards I have.

These are a collector friends cards That he recently had graded.

If you look close there are several differances in the cards. On the right side by his shoulder the piece of dirt is smaller on the bottom 2 cards. These cards also have thinner cards stock.

Does any one know or have an opinion on these cards? My opinion is that the bottom 2 are counterfeit.

wow, this is like that children's picture book where you have to pick out the differences.

1 - dirt as you stated
2 - space between his left elbow and border
3 - boldness of the font in "second base"
4 - glove on ground is a bit more covered up in the bottom two cards
5 - baltimore orioles logo is not centered in the bottom two cards
6 - the K in Ripken fully covers the white line in the first set of cards, but not in the second set.

can't really figure it out exactly, but something looks off with the type in the bottom two as well. if you look at the "k" in Ripken on the top two, the straight line of the "k" appears to line up perfectly with the white stripes on the card. On the bottome two it appears slightly off. Theoretically, they should all lineup the same since the white stripes begin and ed at the edges of the orange stripes going across the card.

There is a story about the bottom 2 cards on BILLRIPKEN.COM (Looking for the FF - 1989 Fleer #616) Click on the version link and they are the second from the bottom. They are listed under Mystery Card. There is also 2 links from there that 2 people give there views about the cards.
