Paul Pierce Exquisite Autograph Inscription Help

Hope everyone has had a wonderful start to their New Year's. I have had this card for some time now, but need to raise some funds and have been looking to sell it. SBayCards sold one on eBay that was graded 8.5 for $350, and it sold twice for $500 over the summer. What do other people think is a reasonable price for it? I have seen to big of a range in the valuations of it. Any help is greatly appreciated, and if you are interested in the card feel free to shoot me over a message.

Definitely not a $500 card, $250 at most

$200-$250 sounds about right.
