i think its fake because I've never seen a logo patch from exquisite.

i saw this card.. There are threads about a mj 03-04 bulls head patch that people are positive is a fake.. This bird patch/tag looks so awesome, but is perfectly placed...by at your own risk i guess. sick looking though

its 09 exquisite
the patachage on theses where all over the place
a lot of tag patches where inserted
so it is more than likely real

I am going to go with Fake. That "E" looks too damage and dinged like the original patch was forced out. Plus it looks like a Tag off of a modern Jersey and not an 80s/early 90s tag.

I would stay away.

definitely fake...what would happen if someone won the auction and didnt pay because its fake, would that just require buying it and refusing to pay and ebay would think its all good because its fake?

Another way to tell that it's fake is that the dumbass that swapped out the patch, used a logo from a modern jersey's hip tag. Jerseys from Bird's playing days would have been a grey Champion, Wilson, or Russel Athletic tag. Some idiot ruined a sweet card.

While you're correct that 09-10 had tags, Bird's jerseys NEVER had a logo tag on them as far as I'm aware!

Based on the Ebay feedback history and the fact that item is in the Philippines, I'll go with very fake, considering the C's logo looks like a bad knockoff to begin with!!!
