Question about UD Exquisite Redemption 06/07

I redeemed an 06/07 Limited Logos Larry Bird last week and according to UD they are "waiting for athlete to sign" yadayada, I know for a fact that these have already been signed(seen em on Ebay)

Is there a chance that I will never get this card!?!?!
