eBay Standard Envelope not showing as option in my eBay account or listings -- HELP!

I've just spent the last hour trying to figure out how to set up eBay standard envelope on my account and I can't seem to get the option to show up any way I try:

1) I tried creating a new shipping policy in my Seller Hub. I followed the google instructions: "Create a new policy, select domestic shipping, and choose "eBay Standard Envelope up to 3 oz"". When I try that, the only options I get for shipping are the following:

Standard shipping: Small to medium items
Freight: Large items that require special handling
No shipping. Local pickup only

2) I tried finding a listing for the same item that has eBay Standard Envelope as their shipping method and when I try to list my item as "sell one like this", it just reverts to my shipping policies. There is no option to choose eBay Standard Envelope

3) I tried creating a listing from scratch -- just reverts to my shipping policies and can't choose eBay standard envelope.

4) Every instruction online just says "List your item and choose eBay Standard Envelope", but that option appears nowhere for me.


I'm making sure to put in 1oz and correct specs for envelope size. Nothing.


What the heck am I doing wrong?????

What is your starting Price? And what are you trying to list?

Listing a Buy it Now Pokemon card for $5. Under the correct category, with 1oz weight and 6x3x.25 as the envelope dimensions.

Nevermind -- I had to change some settings in my shipping options section. I'm good now!. Thanks!

I never use EBAYS settings for shipping I created my own.

So listing cards last night at around 10pm E. I noticed that they have changed the listing format again without any warning. All items are from the same product with some free shipping and some 99 cents. After scrolling down past price the shipping is a new drop dawn that you have to navigate if you are adding or removing a shipping cost.

Come on EBAY enough with the Bullsht changes!

Yeah the app changed and it took me a minute to figure it out. Also I noticed all BIN automatically have best offer turned on and you have to manually turn it off or you'll get a million annoying offers.
