Buying "Junk" Slabs Under $30 for 90% of Comps

Looking to a ton of lower end slabs prefer decent vets but will look at anything. NBA and PSA only!

Will pay 90% of comps for anything under $30
Will pay 88% of comps for anything between $31 and $300

Large budget so please send me what you have. If possible please send me a CSV with the cert numbers for easier pricing
