Default Block this idiot on Ebay-causby30705

Sold a damaged Cooper Flagg AS IS and it's clearly listed and showed pic of damage. Mentioned in both the title and description. Now he's trying to return stating he didn't see damage. I know ebay rarely has a backbone when it comes to backing sellers but this is pretty clear cut. You think I have a chance to win this return request?

You've had a couple gems recently, Chris. Unfortunately, you'll likely need to accept the return.

I probably will but I'm still going to fight it. I don't accept returns and also if he's requesting as an "item not described" well..it was described. Expecting to have to accept but not going to until I have to

on eBay you can say no returns, but it does not mean no refunds

I understand that. What I'm getting is if I accepted returns it would be harder to fight but his reasoning shouldn't give him a leg to stand on using "item not described bc it was damaged". Of course it was damaged..I made it perfectly clear in the title, pic and description. Also the only pics he's using for evidence are ones that show the exact damage I already disclosed. This should be an open and shut case in my favor but I know how Ebay works and I'll probably be forced to refund.

I do agree with you. But ebay usually does not have the back of sellers
