Is this 1993 Hoops Jordan vs Drexler a Variation or reprint?

I’ve had this card for many years.
The card has bright orange letters.
It does not have a metallic shine like the regular ones do.
It also has slightly less gloss than a regular Cards.
The backs are identical.
Possibilities:
Variation
Printing error
Promo
Rerelease from years later
Unfinished proof

I didn’t find any on eBay.

And I’m not seeing any variations graded with psa
