Default Logan Paul vs Heritage Auctions, Jordan Signed Court

It appears Logan Paul was the high bidder of this recent sale, and has yet to pay, while trying to do research on the item, after winning.

Feel free to check out the recap from Paul Lesko, if interested. Thought it was a fun read.

Sounds like Logan Paul has a legit beef to me.

Quote:
Heritage's response was allegedly unsatisfactory to Paul...as Heritage allegedly "refused to give Logan an opportunity to investigate these authenticity issues in advance of payment, apparently because the consignor is unhappy with the sale price."
Especially if this is true. They don't want to help out with providing more authenticity on the court because the consignor isn't happy with the price? Of course he could be lying but it's a pretty underhanded way of getting it back on the market.

If he's paying that amount of money then further investigating the item to make sure it's legit makes sense to me, especially with all the issues of fakes we've seen lately.

Maybe Logan should stick to buying G.I. Joe cards from Matt Allen.

The consignor (from Australia) was the same person that had the issue with Card Porn a while back.

Not having much luck!

Wait a second. The photo match pics provided in the listing, which are PSA verified, aren't even close to matching:

Yeah I recognised this as a piece that was owned by 8088edge originally. If it's not genuinely a playing-days piece of court then the value changes dramatically

This is very interesting.

So dude that tried to pass off a 'photomatched' MJ Finals jersey by creating a bogus charity organization via Godaddy just to happens to now be pawning off a 'photomatched' piece of MJ hardwood (pause)?

Rovell's pitchforking was cute for the time. But it appears the hobby continues to live and let die when it comes to their bad actors.

Logan may be the only soul worthy enough to be on the receiving end of a scam; again.

Will be actively rooting for the eggheaded gringo with the generic Alligator Alcatraz inmate alias.

I think you've gotten confused

8088edge (the original owner) is not Card Porn, he had beef with him previously/was exposing him

Too many shysters for me to track or gaf.

Just stay calm and let James Comey handle it.

The injunction notes that Upper Deck’s certification lists the years 1995-1998, but the authentication service PSA/DNA’s photo-matching certificate matched the floor to the Bulls’ court from the early 2000s.

Yeah, that is one of the issues Logan (any bidder) and Heritage should have worked out before the item was listed/sold.

Court has allowed more time to research/pay.

" We've all been duped, agreed?" says BBCE

Or is this the wrong thread?
