I'm assuming this is the threads for offseason trades (for now).

What the hell are the Hawks doing? They already have Capela and Okongwu.

Isn't Capela a free agent?

Okongwu's far too undersized to really stack with the legit bigs. Cap's too limited.

They should have drafted Sarr (as I've stated all along). He's not a great shooter, but made massive strides in his shot late last year and would have had a field day with Good Hair on pnrs.

Pordingus would be OK if he could stay on the court for longer than 5 game stretches.

Always been high on Harper in this draft. Flagg has the higher floor, but I think Harp has the higher upside if he can get his shot right.

The rest, I have no clue. Like ASU said...it's 2 guys and an excel spreadsheet for most.

Onyeka might be undersized, but he is young and athletic...think 1/2 a Sengun, Sabonis...or 1/4 a Joker

I don't really understand this trade for anybody really..

Unicorn is injury plagued anyways..

What the hell is the Celtics LU right now?? White, Brown...Simon's...old man Horford??

Nets..well they're still the Nets

Don't get me wrong, I think he's an awesome effort guy that really does a solid job when he's forced in at the 5. But it's just not optimal when he has to go against the potential likes of KAT, Joker, Wemby, Embiid, etc. Basically if they have true championship aspirations, that's not the guy you want in those situations.

I'm not even sure about Capela anymore. Great rebounder, sometimes decent shot blocker, but that's about it. Porzingis just feels like more filler. And filler that can't even stay on the court. Super weird move by the new gm.

This is a pretty deep draft. I like players that won't get drafted until after #20 more than most drafted before them.

Nolan Traore and Amare Williams, in my opinion two players who could have big impacts if they can make the NBA adjustment. Traore has all the potential to be the best player in this draft. Yanic Niederhauser also has huge upside.

I'm hoping the Warriors get one of these three, with Amare Williams being the best fit as a big that can handle the ball and dish much like Draymond. He could immediately get 15-20 minutes and give the Warriors some much needed size.

This draft has several players that can be good. The top 4 picks seem to be already set. It's wild to see the Thunder having three first round picks.

idk but they've been trying to move off Clint. KP gives them more offensively but there's the ? on availability and why give up the #22? I guess they are tipping their belief the East is now wide open

OO has always intrigued me. Especially after he dropped 30 on 13/16 last game vs the Spurs. He has a unique skillset for a big and there's not enough legit bigs to expose the downsides.

But I thought Sarr had an issue with Atlanta before the draft and that's why they shifted to Zach?

So I really don't have any opinions on the trade, it's pretty irrelevant to the east but Okongwu is 0% of those players, not even remotely close.

He's not as talented but moreso playstyle. He doesn't play like any of those players.

They're effectively trading Capela+Mann+Niang for KP and running it back. I guess they are taking a small gamble on Porzingis, even if he's 60% of what he was in 2024, they should be a playoff team.

I meant moreso that he's a walking 2x 2x, who can hit a few 3s..and sprinkle in a few assists
