Default What is your least favorite movie?

What movie did you stop watching or say "this is a pile of crap."

I don't like Caddyshack 2. only made it 20 mins into this.

It is truly terrible.

10 more notably awful sequels:

Highlander 2
Jeepers Creepers 2
Ghostbusters 2
Escape From L.A.
The Crow: City of Angels
Speed 2
Major League 2
Son of the Mask
The Strangers: Prey At Night
Exorcist 2: The Heretic

I love 'B' movies from the past, anything made by Ed Wood, Ray Dennis Steckler, Roger Corman, William Castle, Coleman Francis etc.
All heart but no budget, unlike the horrible CGI green screen movies of today based on comic books or whatever, plus all those absolutely unnecessary remakes of good original films.

Same, also Andy Milligan!

Open Water, Little Nicky, Groundhog Day, & Tropic Thunder immediately come to mind but I'm sure there's more.

U2 Rattle and Hum

Not a fan of U2 but a friend dragged me to it back in 87 or whenever it was in the theater. Most boring movie experience ever!

I did enjoy watching Willam Dafoe as the bad guy in Speed2 but yeah, it sucked.

What about Jaws 4? I think that was it- the one where Jaws followed Ellen Brody and Michael Caine to the Bahamas? yikes
I mean Jaws 3 was awful with Lou Gossett Jr as the GM of Sea World but the Michael Caine one was hideous on a whole other level IMO.
Caddyshack 2 may be the gold standard. It ruined Dan Akroyd for me for a long time.

Before Sunrise
The Lakehouse

These are interchangeable to me as the worst movie that I’ve sat in a theater and watched.

Oh, there are plenty of awful part 3s, 4s, and so on, but it's the bad part 2s that are the real punch in the mouth. When a movie gets a sequel, that means the first one was probably pretty good in some way, so when a part 2 in particular is especially bad, you're out the time and money before you can reasonably know it's time to abandon the "franchise", as you certainly do by the time the 3rd, 4th, 5th (and so on) cash grabs from it are released, as with "Jaws".

As for Aykroyd, oof.
For every "Trading Places", he is in literally 10 terrible movies: Doctor Detroit, Spies Like Us, Dragnet, Couch Trip, Great Outdoors, Loose Cannons, My Stepmother is an Alien, Exit to Exit, North, Blues Brothers 2000...
The list goes on and on.
