eBay bulk listing tool - store category problem

Is anyone else that uses eBay's bulk listing tool experiencing problems with the category section of the bulk editor once the drafts have been generated

What is happening to me is if I have, lets say, 100 cards from the same set, usually you can bulk edit them into the same eBay store category all at once, but now when I try to do that none of the 57 store categories that I have available are showing in the bulk editor for me to put all 100 cards into.

My categories are there when I view my categories in my seller hub, but they do not appear in the bulk editor. I called eBay Wednesday and went through it with them click by click so they understood wht I was talking about, and they said they would put a ticket in to be fixed, but nothing as of yet, and I was wondering if it was just my account, or is the darn thing not working for everyone?
