Don't worry he will get another job I promise you. Then you can make 4 more threads. Do you hate him this much or are you obsessed with him this much?

Lol, Rodgers will get (low vet pay) offers from multiple teams when FA starts.

As sad as it is, even the 2024 draft didn't fill the bigtime QB talent void that the NFL has had for years. Quarterback play has been downright terrible with tons of bust picks in the last decade, and even old man ARodg is better than at least 8 or 10 teams currently have.

...aside: Did you ever think of changing your screen name? Maybe packfan or packguy or something?
You might've had it before the asian YouTube guy packman got famous, but he's one of the ugliest and most annoying guys in card/sports social media - or probably any social media. Just fyi.

Think of the depth chart:

Aaron Rodgers
Kirk Cousins
Michael Penix

Terry Fontenot has been so solid at GM, make it happen.

Nope neither. Rodgers not going to go play for a garbage team just to play. He will retire before that. Also MN not going to sign him. They did not move up to JJ just to bench him again. MN likely resigns Daniel Jones to backup JJ.

He just played for the Jets, so this is confusing.

Well one paper when he was traded there they at least seemed to be a playoff team. The Raiders on paper seem a dumpster full of toxic waste waiting to be set on fire.

I guess the better question is which team that isn’t garbage will he likely choose? There’s not really anywhere available in afc other than garbage teams like titans, raiders and browns. NFC is the same right?

I could see Pitt maybe want him. Outside of that no other good team wants him. That's why I think if Pitt passes on him he will retire.

Cowherd mentioned the Rams on the radio........ Avoiding having to pay Stafford big money knowing that is a stop gap anyhow...... so pay Rodgers 1M and keep stockpiling young talent through the draft...... Maybe squeeze 1 year or 2 from Rodgers under an offensive genius as his coach while paying him MUCH less than you'd pay Stafford.

I don't know the logistics of Stafford's deal.... but this made the most sense to me. He won't go to Vegas or any other team that blows,

San Francisco could make sense if they decide Purdy isn't worth 45M a year...... then you get Rodgers on the cheap and a coach who can utilize him in a productive way........ while maybe scooping up some other talent and make a final run before the team is gutted in 2-3 years.

Steelers are the Vegas best bet at plus 200..... that seems ludacris to me. Him and Pickens would hate each other and every single thing about Pittsburgh/Rodgers are polar opposite.

I think he retires personally

Also depends on what numbers he wants. Does he want to finish 5 below Favre for all time tds?

Plot twist....he stays in the same building. Giants sign him for the bridge year of whatever QB they take with their 1st pick in the draft. He already has a #1 WR in Naybors and he can rub it in the Jets face by having a nice year before retirement. That way he can keep his place here in NJ and doesn't have to move again right away

Rodgers is not playing for 1 million dollars maybe like 20 million but zero chance he's playing for vet min

While I personally don't think it will happen, this fits his personality perfectly.

Geno Smith did this, Parcells did this too. I never heard stories about Smith trying to enter the wrong locker room but Rogers easily could do this if he had just tripped out on Ayahuasca...
