It's newly printed. Back when it was supposed to come out they didn't have any licencing issues.

A cynic would say that after pushing Yamal rookies for 23/24, 24/25 looks pretty barren and products will struggle to shift, so why not just find some lost Cole Palmer pyjama Bowman 1sts down the back of the sofa?
