They don’t draft and end up with Joe Flacco.

Shedeur said he tries to emulate Brady. Maybe Deion would actually let him play there.

They trade the Jets pick back to them for Aaron Rodgers.

I feel like Cam Ward is the best fit for the Raiders.

I hope he doesn't go there. He's my favorite QB coming out of the draft and could be a fantastic star, but I feel getting picked by the Raiders immediately handicaps you. Same with the Browns. Unless they got him some weapons besides Bowers, it would be ugly there.

No need to worry.

If something feels right for the raiders, you can be sure they will do the opposite.

Not sure I’d want Ward with your endorsement. You said Daniels would be the bust of last year’s draft.

I said Stroud was the best QB coming out the year before. I’m not perfect and neither are you

Knowing his dad will be involved in contracts, I would never draft Shedeur Sanders.

I don't know if he is humble enough to be successful in the NFL. The last player that was an arrogant as he was was Ryan Leaf, at least that i can remember.

If I had to bet, I'd say Sanders is going to Vegas- they have the connection with Brady, it's the kind of hype city Deion wants his family to shine in

If Brady is all in on this draft pick he probably has the early stages of CTE. There is nothing about Sanders that suggests number 1 pick of the draft beyond the "best" quarterback of the draft.

He's not the best, he does not have the best arm, or the physicality- that's Cam Ward. Sanders is a more accurate passer and Ward is the guy that will make freakish good plays but sometimes take more risks.

One of these guys has to be the #1 QB off the board. You can not fault either team for trying, and without a second thought- I have ZERO doubts that either of these guys can outplay any QB on the Raiders or Giants- Either would be a day 1 improvement

I know it's a pipe dream, but I'd love to see Xavier Restrepo some how wrap around 2nd round and wind up reunited with Cam Ward opposite Nabers in NY- but he would also be a great option in Vegas for Sanders. This guy is a stud

There’s also word Papa may be a potential new coaching candidate as well - they could become the Jameses of the NFL.

So in 2030?

There is very little his Dad can do before then

You're right. Eli Manning and his dad changed nothing about the trajectory of his career.

That has nothing to do with his contract

If he wants to dictate the pick? Different post

Do people on this site not know how quotes work? It’s getting so bad

IMHO, Deion is a potential headache no team needs. The media loves going to Deion for quotes and the last thing you need is the QB's father openly second guessing the HC.

Unless HE's the head coach

Deion is perfect right where he is. I think he is smart enough to know this.

Don't get me wrong; he may very well move on from Colorado one day. The oft-rumored Florida State makes a helluva lot of sense. But his spiel would fail miserably in the pros.
