Consistently the best Panini WWE product; glad we're getting at least one more go around.

I'm assuming gold vinyl will be /5 like in Prizm?

So pumped for this! Here’s to hoping that price comes down soon though.

Yes, blowout is $310 presale.

I'll gladly buy singles on the cheap like I did last year, especially if it's that price.

You think if Uncle Howdy is in this then Jacob Fatu has to be in this too.

Photogenic at $200 with one auto and no real desirable "case-hit"=

Select at $310 with two autos, one mem and potential for one of the more desirable case-hits (Color Blast)=

Hopefully Panini direct drops it cheaper but this is still a better buy than Photogenic, Id take two Select boxes over three Photogenic anyday.

What kind of straw man argument is that, no one thinks Photogenic is a good buy at $200 right now, that's why every online retailer is sitting on boxes not moving. $310 is still a lot for two autos, I don't think past Select releases were ever that high at launch.

Glad there is a 2024 product but man I still have a long way to go trying to get 2023 set finish.

No one can pretend $310 is as good starting price so its definitely a reach to defend using any metric. Last year pre-orders were $189 on BO to start so its a large increase for the same set/odds. I'm surprised they raised it that much and I'm curious if Panini follows suit or if it will be cheaper on their site. I don't normally skip select but I will at $300+.

I don't have any insight into pricing and don't handle it, but this is a key: The factory cost went up along with the SRP for this one. (Compare this year's story to last year for the SRPs.)

Wow @ the price point. Beyond brutal.

Apparently, this is the second-to-last Panini WWE release with license, so they are clearly going for the shameless cash grab. No doubt that as one of the last outlets for a sticker dump, this will likely have a higher-than-average volume of completely worthless inclusions on the checklist.

Color Wheel is also by far my least favorite of the "desirable case hits".

Hate to say it bc I traditionally love this set, but this is shaping up to be an easy pass if the price doesn't correct...

Because the SRP went up doesn't mean blowout has to also jack the price up even higher. They didn't use to do that, you know that.

The product page for FOTL is up, no time yet for when it is but it starts at $500, floor is $150. I think for once we can all join hands and agree its not sniffing that floor price, right? Mid-200s sounds right, pre-orders for regular hobby boxes are down to the $225 to $250 range so I don't think FOTL will go lower than that. I did go ahead and pre-order a box at $225 since I don't think it'll drop below that since its SRP.

The FOTL bonus is a /8 card.

Checklist came outta nowhere like an RKO: https://www.beckett.com/news/2024-pa...estling-cards/

Pretty shocked they managed to fit Giulia and Vaquer in, but I've always felt for some reason Select seems recent, even the photos sometimes aren't from that long ago. Jacob Fatu is on the box and has a ringside and Color Wheel and obviously Uncle Howdy is in this. Ya'll can pass more Select for me lol here's a list where you can see wrestlers sorted by name and what Select cards they have.

Interesting that FOTL sold for less than pre orders of regular Select from online retailers...so a $300 select hobby seems very far fetched now

BO is now listed at $249.95

Buzz says SRP on this is $225.....so they are only making $25 off the top when it isn't even out yet? It's not like Prizm where it dropped immediately.

Think it's time to stop trusting these "SRP" prices lol Three Count we'll prob see release under "SRP" lmao

To be fair, another online retailer does have them at $225 (which is what I got my pre-order at), so while its rare its not impossible. We can always hope for the best

Thats my point lol when's the last time a product OPENED at SRP? Not after it releases and doesn't generate much buzz, but isn't even out. I'm saying I doubt the SRP prices not that you can't get one at $225 lol

As I said Three Count will probably end up releasing under what the put the SRP at, must be Christmas and they are jus in the gift giving mood lol
