Hey All,
Question from a PSA newbie. I recently purchased a PSA 10 Chrome card off of eBay. When it arrived, I knew something was off. Turns out the card is actually a "refractor" parallel of said card. The label up top is off as refractor isn't mentioned. It simply says "Chrome". What's the move here? How can I get this "fixed"? Thanks! |

Choose Label Correction Request You won't have an Order number, but fill in the rest, provide images, and submit the request. It doesn't matter that you didn't have it graded yourself. PSA should accept the claim and they will cover the cost to reholder with the correct description. They should provide you a label to ship it to them and they will pay return shipping to send it back. You'll be asked to submit an order via the website (they will enable the CRC option in your PSA account once the claim is accepted, allowing you to submit the order which they will provide instructions for). You will need to provide a credit card number as part of the online order process, but they don't charge you anything. They should state this clearly at some point. It's easy. I've done it several times. None lately, but it usually takes about a month end to end.

Just an fyi, but if it is a card that only comes in a “refractor” they may all be labeled without that distinction. This is particularly true on image variations of Prizm cards. They are all “silver” so none of them include “Silver” on the label, like their base counterparts do when “silver.”

Sure thing - see attachments. Here's a listing where it appears to be correctly labeled. https://www.ebay.com/itm/15642700135...3ABFBMyrjb8Mlk |

If you paid Chrome price for this, you won the lottery!
