Packing Slip issues?

Having issues printing packing slips/receipts to mail with cards.
Click the link and a new page pops up like normal, but nothing loads.
Printing shipping labels works fine.
Anybody else having issues?

Having the same issue. Can’t print out packing slips, won’t load page…but can print out shipping labels.

For the packing slip in the one I just sent out, I just hand wrote it.

I’ve been having the issue, but if you go to your order for the item you can print it from there.

Same issue but only when printing the packing slips from the label page … printing packing slips before works fine.

Never used them as buyers seemed to always complain about them as extra garbage they didn't want in their packages.

Thats why I stopped seemed alot of buyers did not like them and probably 9 out of 10 items I order do not contain one. I get buyers often asking me not to include one.

Waste of paper, ink, and money if anyone is using them. There is no measurable benefit.
