Default Would you accept being micro-chipped?

It seems inevitable that people will eventually be implanted with microchips or something analogous to facilitate ID verification, medical history, possibly also economic transactions and tracking. Would you submit voluntarily to being microchipped or would you resist?

At least your options make sense.

People think these PPP are easy to make.

Still a PPP. There should have been a "F No" option. Only a moron would be ok with that.

They already got us all with smart phones. They didn’t have to do anything. We even pay for it. They know where I am. They apparently know what I said and even recommended nice options.

Leave your phone at home if you are going to commit a crime.

No, I would not want that at all.

I worked for a behavioral health insurance company right at the Affordable Healthcare law was passed and so many people thought it included being microchiped in it. People were calling and complaining.

Exactly.

No need for microchipping when the vast majority of people are never without their smart phone and/or watch collecting info way more efficiently and cheaply.

The "yes" option would've been better with "microchip me up daddy."

I am a bit surprised that violent criminals are not chipped for at least 5 years after release from prison. It seems like a logical consequence for their crimes.

I'm guessing ankle monitors are cheaper.

I’m surprised some don’t even go to jail

If Philip J. Fry wasn't willing to get chipped when he woke up in the future, no chance I am willing to do it in the present.
