For myself, I can eat the same things pretty much every day and it doesn't bother me.

In fact, I do best health-wise when I'm eating the same breakfast and lunch and then switching between two or three high-protein dinners.

I'm guessing you'd multi-vote #1 and #4?

If you’re not #KetoLife you’re doing it wrong. You can eat literally anything.

Typically it's a mix of B and D.

One thing for certain, lots of water, bran and fiber.

I’m vegan, which is healthy and makes me a better person than you.

I generally keep it the same as I don't like tracking and all that nonsense.

I weigh my food so I typically know how much protein I'm consuming.

Also, vegans suck.

Pretty simple. Protein, lots of water, and the occasional green vegetable.

Beans and tortillas rule. Just had two BRC burritos for lunch today. Cheap and easy just how I like them

Monday through Thursday I eat whatever my wife cooks

Friday through Sunday I eat garbage so not a wide variety unless you consider different flavors of burgers, wings, and pizza to be variety

I’m healthy 4 days a week though as my wife is a great cook

Pizza toppings provide a solid variety.
