After months of no NPBs, I've had 2 in the past week with another likely getting their NPB strike tomorrow.

I don't have autopay turned on to encourage multi-card sales, but this week has me considering turning it on.

I'll update OP as I have additional NPBs.

brmuce-0 - accepted their offer on a card on 7/19. Auto-cancelled on 7/23 for NPB.

jcauli8 - accepted their offer after negotiation on 7/27 (including a message asking to "meet in the middle?"). The buyer asked to cancel for an "order by mistake." I accepted the cancellation instead of waiting for an NPB strike, as it's a Jazz Chisholm card and I didn't want to wait the 4 days to relist.

tygrged0 - accepted their offer on a card on 7/24 after negotiation. Auto-cancelled on 7/28 for NPB.

mamor867040 - negotiated back and forth for a factory sealed set. Accepted their offer on 7/29. Auto-cancelled on 8/2 for NPB.

zeolite_45 - 0 feedback buyer who offered on two cards. I accepted one offer and countered the other. Buyer let the counter expire and never paid for the accepted offer.

do-work-vet - purchased a $1.99 lot at 9:30 PM. Sent a cancellation request at 9:31 PM "ordered by mistake."

wooda1212 - won one of my $0.01 + shipping clearance auctions on 4/19. Auto-canceled on 4/23 after 4 days for NPB.

carpediem070 - made a fair offer on a card yesterday at 5:58 PM. I accepted this morning at 9:27 AM. At 10:49 AM, they sent me the following, "Good morning. I'm very sorry, yesterday another seller accepted my offer before you, I forgot to send you a cancellation notice... I hope I will buy from you next time, I don't like situation Like this((
Again, I apologize for the inconvenience my friend and wish you a great day."

amarosa73 - accepted their offer on a card on 6/11. Auto-cancelled on 6/15 for NPB.

jaylao1994 - purchased a $0.99 card at 9:23 PM. Sent a cancellation request at 9:28 PM "ordered by mistake."

benjthom-7546 - won a 24-hour auction I ran on a new 2025-26 Topps card on 10/24. Auto-canceled on 10/28 after 4 days for NPB.

wasabi_007 - accepted their offer on a card on 11/10. Auto-cancelled on 11/14 for NPB.

On second one if he did the ebay cancellation request ypu could not have given a strike. If you decline when it comes time to give strike it will not allow it

I cancelled for Buyer Request, responded, "Just so we’re clear, that’s not how offers work on eBay." and blocked.

The "I hope to buy from you next time" is a very common response from people that request cancellations. So frustrating. Thanks for all the info on these buyers, just keeps adding to the ever growing blocked list.
