Default The VIP line was a disaster…

So last year in Chicago, if you had a VIP ticket you could literally walk up to any one of multiple desks and they had you taken care of in less than 5 min.

This year in Cleveland, they had a line from the outside that lead to the bottom level / basement which then snaked around itself. It took about an hour. Very little airflow, hot humid hallway.

Some people were bailing out of the line, going upstairs and just buying a single day ticket which took 10 min. They then said they would get their VIP package tomorrow.

What an absolute mess lol

We got there at 9:15 am, and we waited about 15 minutes. I know that some people cannot get there early to pick up their VIP items, but that was my wait time.

I mean, showing up at 3 for a 3:30 opening…I think many had that idea. Lesson learned for the future!

Took me 3 mins to grab my pass and VIP bag, no issues.

Parking/traffic was the bigger problem.

I’d be willing to pay much more for VIP in the future if it cuts the number down. Maybe they could even throw better stuff into the promo packs.

“VIP” parking is a joke. I’m almost as far from the entrance as if I was in the west lot. Show has been cool, but traffic/parking sucks bad

The thing that confused the hell out of me was on Thursday. it is about 9:15 and the GA people (my people ) are on the left side and the VIP people are on the right side. The VIP people got maybe 30 minutes before the GA people did. Some benefit. Apparently enough people complained about it because on Friday I couldn't even get inside the center until around 9
