Received negative feedback and refund request on 5/21/24
Replied to buyer after receiving the refund request to wait a few days as tracking via ESE is sometimes spotty (All other items shipped via ESE that day have arrived at their destinations)
No reply from buyer
Refunded buyer on 5/24/24

I'm fine with refunding if it doesn't show up, but at least communicate with me. Also the picture they put in their negative feedback and claiming I gave them a fake tracking number, isn't even the ESE tracking number on the order....grrrrr

That is the problem with the standard envelope,usually the tracking number cannot be tracked properly and it usually takes over 2 weeks or more to receive.

I got hit up with a negative over the buyer not reading the description and not asking questions the other month. He told me he was 83. My first in years and thousands of transactions. It’s annoying but it’s nothing in the scheme of things.

Ebay is generally good at removing negs for ese shipments if you push them. However screw the 100% negs in general do not hurt sales. Unless its a bunch for same thing in a very short period of time

the USPS hates them - they want sellers to charge 5 dollars so they make more money on postage

Generally, most ESE envelopes I send arrive within 3 to 7 days.
Very few take longer.
