Sounds like fun but wonder if it will take steam away from the National. But we knew this was coming from announcements last year.

The National is foremost about BST. This is about "activations" and "content." 2 different lanes.

That's okay if it does. Thr more options the better.

I'll only go if VIPs get a game used, sweaty jersey from a game played this year.

So basically a comic con for card nerds. Could be fun. NYC is expensive tho so bring your cash or credit.

Not something I’m interested in, but glad to see they chose a real city.

Details are lacking but $50 a day for what? It feels that people who go and report back will drive how successful this was/will be

I do not understand the $50 entry price for adults and $30 for kids. If they were really trying to grow this thing 10x, they should be trying get as many people as possible to attend and be introduced to the hobby. Instead, it looks like an exclusive event for those already in the hobby, especially those that have a business within the hobby.

what admission price would encourage people to fly or travel to the Fan Fest?

Seems like there would be cheaper ways to reach New York City children.

I'd like to go to this if I'm around. Always wanted to meet Tom Brady, but I'm sure it'll cost a pretty penny to do so. WWE World was packed last week, and Fanatics seemed to have done a fairly good job with that.

this is going to be content creator and breakers central.
BUT the exclusives might be cool, and i suspect the guest list is going to grow a whole lot.
