Default 1999 Topps Prodigy Refractor with Missing Die Cut

Just curious to see if anyone knows anything about this card. I haven’t seen another one without the die cut, of any player.

I've seen other uncut copies. Same deal with the Rock Stars refractors you see uncut.

this also happened with E-X2001 Stardates, theres one from Allen Iverson without die-cut.

my guess would be after they cut the sheet they forogt to load the card into the die-cutter or it fell out and just got fed back into the pack filling line

Nah, they were more than likely just cut after-market from back-doored sheets.
