Is beckett checklist reliable?

I now have a decent number o Neemias Queta cards, time to organize a wantlist.

Is the beckett checklist reliable for modern cards?

Any sets they sometimes miss?

Do they list printing plates? (not sure if it applies to Neemias)

Do they list promo cards?

Tcdb.com is a good supplemental resource. And if you find something that is missing they can add it in. So the more people that use it the better it is. Sometimes they are a few months delayed in adding sets but they tend to have a lot more oddball stuff then Beckett

Reliable and probably the best available.

I have some 1/1's from 2009/10 Topps Bowman 48 that arent listed in the checklist.

It has to be fairly common that cards dont make their published checklists.
