Maybe for hobby....

But the guys I mentioned are near locks for 75+ homers, 200+ RBI over the 2024-2026 seasons

It would be a tragedy if the correct answer were Trout.

Judge is a significantly better hitter than anyone listed so far.

I'll take Mookie all day as an overall player, no doubt. He's currently in his prime years.

Yeah. Was an odd list without him.

That's not unfair. However, he is going into his age 32 season next year and a man his size is not going to age well.

Right now… Freddie Freeman or Aaron Judge

Three years from now… Kyle Tucker

Matt Olson and Bo Bichette considered too. Assuming Bo is from the US.

Default Who will be the top U.S. born hitter over the next 3 years?

First…someone said a guy in AA and his brother who’s a junior in HIGH SCHOOL!

Second…nobody here would’ve had Olson on their top 20 list 4 months ago. I love him as a Brave but let’s pump the breaks. Best “hitter”.

3 years from now is nothing in terms of time. Hard to bet against guys like Freeman, Tucker, Mookie, etc.

To be the best hitter, you actually have to play so you can hit …..

American kids are winning travel ball World Series rings every weekend while the overseas kids are training and doing whatever it takes to get out of poverty.

I hear you, but his 162 game average stats are eye popping in the power / production depts. Maybe just overlooked...

That'd be my choice as well. The Braves homer in me wants to be overly audacious and say Michael Harris II though.

Over last 2 years, Freeman is 30pts higher than anyone not named Luis Arraez.
