Default Any tips on reaching Panini CS?

I've had a factory damage claim with Panini for a 2020 Jalen Hurts Contenders Prizm Gold Auto for well over a year. I've been reaching out nearly daily without a single response. At this point I'd rather have my card back with the scratch and all. With Panini losing the football business I dont think there's any chance this ends positively with a replacement or matched value card.

Any tips at all to get a response from Panini and help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, there is no "Good Way" to get in touch. I believe they recently said their phone lines are up and operational again, so that's good. If you can reach them via phone, that's the best option - very difficult though...

I called the CS line yesterday AM (the one the website lists), expecting no response. To my surprise they answered after a couple rings, I didn't even have my ticket #s ready since I assumed it was pointless to call.

I've had 2 cards in for factory damage replacement since Dec 2020. I was told on the phone that they are "wrapping up the 2020 card requests soon" (cards manufactured in 2020) and that if I haven't heard from them by the end of the year(!!) to call back. I didn't bother pushing for a substitution or anything since my cards were worth maybe $50 combined, so I'm going to wait a little longer and see if he was telling me the truth. But your card is obviously worth much much more; but maybe knowing someone actually picked up the phone quickly is useful info

He was not.

The "call us back in a couple of months" or "end of the year" is a delay tactic. They have no incentive to process any of these backlogs with any sort of speed. There's no monkey-making stream or even break-even but still earns goodwill here, it's all red on their balance sheet.

I had damage replacements sent in October 2020 and after having to repeatedly call and email, I finally got different replacements sent out August 2022.

Thanks for the tip, I was able to get through on the phone surprisingly easily. Unfortunately I heard the exact same line, but hopefully there's at least at tiny bit of truth to it.

Threaten to sue.

It worked me when dealing with an insurance company years ago

Funny enough this reminds me of a gap insurance issue I had for a totaled car almost 20 yrs ago. No progress for 4 mons, got an attorney to make a call and insurance agent relented almost immediately.

Not sure they have the same pull with cardboard manufacturers.

Beautiful card. Looks a little off centered top to bottom. Top heavy. I see a little white on the bottom back corner. I would guess a 9. You could always get an easy grader and get a BGS 9.5 or PSA 10 if you’re really lucky. Could always get an 8/8.5 if you’re unlucky with a hard grader. Only one way to find out.

Solid 9. Slight white on back bl corner and looks 60/40 on back. That may just be the camera angle. Outside shot of a 10? Good luck and congrats on the great card!

I have a 2021 Donruss Gridiron Kings Patrick Mahomes Autograph (#'d /10) ive been waiting on forever. I have been waiting for him to sign or who even knows whats going on. Would ya'll think its best to request a replacement or what may my options be if you have similar experience with a card like a Mahomes Auto /10?

I talked to someone at the 800 number 3 times this week. I also heard Mahomes isn't signing anything else for Panini. Now that is just what I heard.

Yea Good luck w Mahomes redemption.. I doubt he signs anything for Panini again
