I know 2022 Chronicles Basketball wont be out until July..

Currently Paolo Banchero Rookie cards will be in this product and we could possibly see Chet Holgrem/Benedict Mathurin and a few others if they get called up soon.
at $250 / hobby box doesnt it sound to good to be true?

Bancheros Base Rookie will probably sell for $150-$175 while Holmgren/Mathurin could be in the $25-50 range.

By this time PSA should have a $35-50 grading level

Any thoughts on the potential of this product as well as the current price?

I think it could be one of the hottest products if not the hottest of these past years.

It’s Chronicles. There will be at least a dozen different sets containing the hype rookies. Take a look at sales from prior year’s releases and you’ll see why it won’t be “one of the hottest products of these past years”.

Base rookies aren’t going for $100.

Kept the /75 parallel from last year (changed it to orange) and added a /25. It just keeps getting worse.

Same for NBA product, busted a few bowman chrome to scratch the itch.

Used to spend 5 figures on NBA wax ripping when prices were much lower, now that's zero.

Does anyone know what the print is for the retail red gold standard patch autos. I know the ones in hobby are numbered to 99 but the retail ones aren't numbered. I have pulled 2 so far and just wondering if they were short printed.

My LCS had one box of Chronicles left and I took a chance on it.

Maybe worst box of all time?

Nothing under #/99, two crappy autos, and not even a Paolo base! Would've been better off buying a $7 fat pack.

Time to scrap this set. A bunch of crap designs that can’t hold their own. Now that base RCs are nearly worthless, there’s no use for a set like this. Except, of course, a massive sticker dump for Panini.

The Red and Green Dynagons out of this set actually look kinda cool. Not going to say they look like PMGs, but not far off either...
