Default Panini vs Fed Ex - dueling pianos of customer service ineptitude

Does any one have a phone number for either of these companies that DOES NOT insert you into the loop of customer service hell without the courtesy of providing a live human to at least make you feel appropriately mistreated? Thanks, simply trying to figure out why a package has been stuck 20 miles from me for a month, can't be that hard right???

FedEx is the worst. I'm waiting on a PSA delivery that I have to sign for. Yesterday they said "tried to deliver, no one home" despite the fact that I sit 5 feet from my front door and my security camera showed no one came to the door the entire day. Now I'm stuck waiting for it again, and I'm actively monitoring the camera from my desk so I can pinpoint the time when they say "unable to deliver" as I watch nothing happen.

I amazingly got a Zach Lavine patch auto RC from a point drop, the only one I ever got into without being told they are 'busy'. Of course now I'm realizing that was only half the battle...

Call customer service and ask for a trace. If they aren't answering with live agents anymore, try getting help from a Fedex ship center in your area (not a Kinkos).

I just want to echo that fedex is the worst. A lot of “we attempted to deliver” when I know for a fact no one tried. I have an expensive package coming from them on Tuesday that’s supposed to be delivered between 9am and 8 pm.

Fedex live agents read from the same script and are zero help, no matter how much you scream at them. I have experience with this.

FedEx is the devil. Both companies hid behind the pandemic excuse for their ineptitude way too long.

HUCA if you don't get anywhere with the first rep that you reach. They are able to start a trace if your package has been sitting too long in the same facility. I'm also speaking from experience here.

And is anyone actually screaming into the phone? Probably why you're not getting anywhere.

At this point I'd just drive the 20 miles and talk to someone

Well when they send your package of graded cards across the country in the wrong direction and can only explain it to by giving you the tracking that you already have, you scream until you find someone that might have an answer. When they botch your delivery and then have the balls to say you can schedule a delivery for an additional $6.99 you scream again.

I currently have my Montgomery Club Set #1 in transit.... for exactly 1 month today. With 68 scans, including some locations with 7 separate visits in and out.

I've had Fedex deliver to my unit number but in the wrong building over and over again, and also to a completely wrong address who knows where so I know your frustration but still say that screaming won't do anything but wear out your voice. I haven't had to call Fedex recently but if you can still connect to a live agent, HUCA until you get someone who will initiate a package trace.

I thought PSA stopped using FedEx because of all the theft in Southern California at their shipping centers?

Apparently not. It showed up today, hallelujah.

I got a live human at Fedex who told me that I needed to contact Panini to file a claim. Every number I call there rings and rings, I've had more success contacting the IRS - and if any of you have had the pleasure you know how profoundly sad that is.

Odds of me getting back my 1500 points plus 9.88 shipping, or actually getting this card now, place your bets...

Maybe because Panini was broken into last week, because they could not ship and someone wanted their cards??

Panini was shut down today due to that break in. Maybe try later in the week. Fedex told me the same thing, had to call Topps and they have to initiate actions.

My Montgomery Club Set #1 Update: Still in transit after 1 call to Topps, now bouncing between 2 new Fedex hubs since 5/12. Now at 77 scans
