Default Buying soccer collections in Europe/Italy

I am spending the month of April in Naples, Italy.

Has anyone had any success buying cards (collections not packs at a store) while traveling in Europe, Italy specifically?

Not sure how to find them to buy them.

Thanks for any insight or counsel.

Michael

I'd briefly thought of this myself when I ended up buying a bunch of interesting stuff [lots of raw vintage Panini] from Italian ebay in 2019 and 20. If you figure it out keep this thread updated!

I've never tried to do this....but in the old days (i.e. 80's/90's), big buyers used to place ads in local paper stating that they were coming to town.

Not sure how that would work these days, but maybe see if there are any social media collectors groups in Italy/Naples....
