Grab Bag Sketch Card Hit Draft, Round 14 (With Blowout Artists)

I am running a 14th round of this grab bag sketch card hit draft.

To start off, I will set a limit of 4 spots per participant initially for the 1st week of this thread going live. Once 1 week of this thread going live has passed, you can select additional spots.

Many talented artists from our community and some non-Blowout artists will be participating in this draft. They will be doing 1 or more cards each. Most will be PSCs, but there will be some APs.

We are filling 119 sketch spots and payment will be due within 7 days after the break is moved to Active Breaks.

The artists will have until Monday, April 3, 2023 to finish their cards and send scans to me. As I receive the scans of sketches, I will unveil them in the thread that same day and have the scans saved in the OP as well. Spots will have been randomized 5 times by a mod to create our sketch daft order. Then in the draft order, you will pick the sketch you want. The topic is grab bag, so they can really be my hope is everyone can find something they enjoy!

Artist will be shipping directly to the winners of their cards, so I can't do less for additional spots. Sorry. If an artist is international, there may be additional shipping charges based on how you want the artist to ship your sketch.

After everyone has picked, you can contact the artist or they can contact you and they will get your info and ship.

Note: There will be a few months between when you pay and when we do the draft. The artists have to have time to complete their cards. If everyone's are done early, we can do it as soon as they are all done. I hope you understand this. The reason for payment now for spots, is to avoid anyone backing out before the draft and me not being able to pay the artists.

Draft clock rules: We are going to have a 30 minute draft clock start on April 5th from 5:30 p.m. EST to 11:00 p.m. EST and continue each day during that time frame until all picks are made. When the draft clock is on, please include me on the PM sent to next pick so I can track the draft clock THERE WILL BE NO DRAFT CLOCK ON THE WEEKEND BUT PLEASE KEEP PICKING. If you miss your pick during the clock hours, I will skip your pick and proceed with who is next on the draft order. If you have been skipped, you can post on the thread that you are here to make your pick and then choose which remaining sketch you want. To avoid any draft clock skippings, please send me your pre-rank draft lists and I can make your picks for you.

International collectors: I am looking for international collectors who have alternate U.S. shipping or COMC address. If you are international and want to join, you will have to pay any additional shipping costs directly to the artist.

When working with artists there's always a chance something falls through, so if I have to change something I will also let you know.

General Rules and Guidelines:

- Host must be at least 21 years of age at time of submitting the Group Break. (Appropriate identification/verification will be required)

- Host must have been an active member of the forums for at least 12 months and must have good standing in iTrader feedback or equivalent (eBay, past order history, etc...)

- Host must have 50 iTrader with at least 25 from sales/trades

- All cases for Group Breaks must be purchased through Blowout Cards.

- New hosts may have only one break consisting of one case open at a time

- New hosts may not run any group break clubs. Veteran hosts (at the discretion of the admins/mods) may have one active group break club.

- All participants of the break must be a member of the Blowout Cards Message Board. (this means no YouTube group breaks or breaks hosted elsewhere.)

- All cards must be shipped after each break. Hosts may not keep cards back to ship later even if requested. (This does not include base as long as it was decided not to ship base in advance.)

- At this time breakers.tv/vaughn.tv is not an approved hosting venue because it does not yet have the ability to record and save the video. If you use breakerstv, you must also broadcast simultaneously on another site like ustream where your video is being recorded.

- Hosts participation in their own break: Previously, this was only allowed in the monthly club breaks. Now that hosts are live streaming the entire Group Break, we've decided to allow hosts to participate in their own break. With mods performing randoms and breaks being streamed live and recorded, the Group Breaks are now very transparent and this will allow more "case-splitting" or "case-sharing" type of breaks. These requirements listed below must be met before a host is eligible to join their own break:
* Host must stream the entire break live with more than 1 of the participants watching.
* Host must have completed 3 breaks successfully and without major issues.
* Video of live stream must be kept on file with ustream for 45 days after the break is moved to completed.
* As with all other breaks, randoms must be performed by a mod or admin.

- Be careful whenever you engage in any personal transaction online, whether here or at any other online venue.
